Lumos Ra designs and develops custom lighting objects, spatial installations and material-driven experience systems for architecture, exhibitions, events, retail environments and high-end private spaces. Our work brings together industrial design, electronics, embedded systems, software and precise visual restraint - creating physical systems that feel quiet, refined and built to endure.
Located close to the Alster lake in Hamburg, Germany, Lumos Ra combines design, engineering, material research and workshop-based production. We shape metal, develop custom electronics, create technical drawings and build prototypes, allowing ideas to move directly from sketch to prototype, from digital model to physical object and from experimental study to refined product.
